If you're in need of furniture and household essentials like beds, sofas, or kitchen items, we’re here to help you furnish your home with comfort and stability. At Make a Home Foundation, we believe everyone deserves a comfortable, dignified living space, especially those transitioning from homelessness or facing financial hardships. Through our program, we provide essential furniture to individuals and families in need, helping them start fresh.
Please note, to receive furniture, you must be referred by a caseworker or a partnering agency. You cannot apply directly. If you think you're eligible, reach out to a local agency or caseworker to guide you through the process.
Once connected, your caseworker can download the furniture request form and submit it to us via email at [email protected] or fax it to (203) 527-7136.
